Andy L5 StarWe went and signed up at Atrium today. The faculty was very modern, clean and organized but what really stood out was the customer service. Neil was welcoming, friendly, very informative and professional. Every successful business needs a Neil. The whole process was very smooth. We wanted to write this review ASAP because the service was so good. The sandwich recommendation and the offer of a free coffee topped it off. Also prices seem very reasonable compared to bigger self storage units around Sheffield.Wednesday 20th July 2022

Toni Markham5 StarWe used Atrium to store our belongings when moving and renovating our new home. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The security and 24hr access was really beneficial when getting completing on our house sale so late in the day. Neil was incredible, he was so understanding when we had to keep pushing our start and end dates back and helped us extend the unit on a weekly basis rather than monthly. Neil can't do enough for you as a customer and really makes you feel as though your belongings are safe.Thursday 6th January 2022
