Just to say a huge Thank you to all at excel. From Neil who came out to Sally in the office who kept us informed. Mainly to the 3 lads that moved us out and into our new property. They couldn’t do enough. Polite professional and handles our furniture as if it were their own It really did take the stress out of moving using Excel removals. I would highly recommend this company in an instance. Once again Thank you all for a fantastic service.

We used Excel removals for our house move yesterday. When Neil came to do a quote he was informative in a very matter of fact way, no glossing or beating about the bush just plain speaking. We knew what we were getting and what we needed to do to make the move run smoothly. Sally in the office was very pleasant and supportive throughout. On the move day Neil and three other chaps arrived and promptly did a sweep of the house to see what they were dealing with, they then commenced using protective coverings on our home. They just ploughed through loading the van, were courteous, pleasant and friendly. We were lucky enough to have a swift completion and gained access to our new property around lunchtime. The chaps then proceeded to unload again in the same manner. I cannot recommend this company enough, we have no complaint’s whatsoever. A big thank you to Neil, Sally, Jake, Carl and George for making our house move stress free.

Everything went extremely smoothly and professionally. The operatives were very pleasant and respectful in every aspect of their operation and none of our property was damaged, nor any of the decorations were marked or scuffed. All the floor coverings were also protected being covered with heavy protective material. Also, the price was very realistic compared to the quotations that we received from other companies. We would recommend Excel without hesitation and sre extremely grateful to them for professional service which wss over and above our expectations.

Hired Excel R&S for a recent home move (March 2022). Whilst there was cheaper alternatives available, the price difference wasn't much all told and we just felt that it would be a better service after speaking to Neil who answered all our questions and spent a decent amount of time going through things and how they would move all our stuff what they would cover up and protect and how they would do it (other companies just gave very brief details). It didn't feel rushed like with some of their competitors. On the day of thr move, 3 separate vans turned up (each a decent size) and the three lads were all absolutely fantastic in their attitude and with their work ethic. They started at 8am and with the move and unpacking at the new house, they finished around 5:45pm - only stopping for a small lunch break. They really grafted (we had an upstairs flat and they must have each been up and down those steps 50 times each) and nothing was too much trouble. They were all polite, courteous and friendly and a total pleasure to deal with on what could have been quite a stressful day. They really earned their money and we were very happy that we chose this firm to help us on our removal day. Everything about the firm and on thr day was helpful and professional. 10 out of 10 to all concerned but especially for the 3 removal lads. If we move home again in the future we would certainly look to use Excel R&S again. Excellent service provided. Many thanks, Joanne and Steve.
