What an amazing removals company. Family run and you can really tell. I contacted Chris quite last minute and he was really flexible with me. He stayed in touch and was very considerate of our situation. As for the team on the day lead by Joe, they were true gentleman, nothing was too much trouble. They didn’t rush anything and stayed far later than they should have really to ensure we were all set up (and arrived early and prompt). I would very much recommend Hancocks, they were compassionate with our situation, worked so hard and just lovely caring people. Thanks again.

The team moved us earlier this week and were fantastic. Super helpful, professional and polite. We were really impressed that they walked round with us at the end to make sure all boxes and furniture were in the correct rooms and rearranged heavy furniture for us so we didn't have to. Very competitive price. We will definitely recommend.

A really good company to deal with very straightforward and the guys led by young Chris did a great job considering it was a tricky removal.When we give them the nod.I am sure they will have looked after our storage stuff and finally move us in fully.Rare to find such a great company. Nothing was too much trouble.And the price was good too.

What can I say absolutely amazing family run removal company.. from point of contact Chris and Lynn have been so professional and reliable. Moving home is such an anxious time and they made the experience much easier. Recently moved and the team at Hancocks were second to none. The service was amazing. The price was brilliant. The team were absolutely fantastic. They made the move so effortless, making sure every item was moved securely and carefully, and when we got to the new house, put every item in the room of our choosing. If you are moving, this is the team you want. Honestly cannot sing their praises high enough, already recommended them to friends who are moving.
