Fantastic & friendly service. Sam made me feel less stressed about the move and everything went smoothly on the day. There was a problem taking apart the bed but they both kept trying & it got sorted. Thank you for helping me get moved! Highly recommended, Ben and his team were completely fabulous. Nothing was too much bother. We downsized to a house half the size of our previous house but still had lots of big heavy furniture and garden pots. They packed and moved EVERYTHING with great care and attention, on time and went beyond their quote to make the move less stressful for us. We would have no reservations about recommending them whether you're a big or small move. We have recently used HD3 Removals for an office move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super efficient from the quote stage through to the move. It wasn't an easy move with steep steps at both premises but it was handled efficiently and extremely professionally. Great service, lovely people to deal with and would highly recommend. HD3 Removals undertook our move to a fifth floor apartment which several other companies had declined. They were truly faultless- punctual, courteous and professional to the very end. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely competitive and highly recommended. We chose HD3 on the strength of their reviews but got a 2nd quote for comparison purposes and were more than happy with the service provided. Ben and his team were skilled, professional and worked together like a group of best friends. We hit a couple of problems but they refused to admit defeat and didn't stop until it was sorted. They were a lovely group of lads - polite, calm, friendly and funny. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. Our move was done in stages but we always got the same team which was very reassuring. We can't recommend them highly enough. Having had a few surveys and quotes done, this company stood out as the obvious choice, we were so happy we decided to go with them!Communication was excellent and we felt we were quoted a fair price compared to other companies. Ben is courteous, professional and responsive and on the day, his team were hard working and willing. They performed seemingly impossible feats of removal with good humour and team work and ensured our move was as smooth, efficient and stress free as it could be. We used this company to move some heavy (and valued) items into our new home. The new house presented its challenges ( eg stairs with a bend!) and the rain started in the middle of it all. These guys were pleasant and professional throughout. They protected carpets and delivered everything to its new home beautifully.They planned and thought things through and made this difficult process so much easier. Importantly they were very careful throughout and we would definitely use them again. Myself an husband moved house recently with a gap of 6 weeks in between where we needed storage. HD3 removals were fantastic from the beginning... Ben was very responsive and helpful. The price I was quoted was very competitive and they were really flexible, informing me when there was a danger the date I'd booked might be taken and letting me book more storage last minute. The moving out/moving in days, the team were brilliant. So professional, helpful, tidy and punctual. I could not fault them. The only thing that went wrong was they didn't fix my sofa back together quite right (they weren't obliged to do it at all) and Ben came over straight away to sort that for me. Thumbs up and smiley faces all round. Would definitely recommend. I have used HD3 for three moves - one full house and two smaller moves. I found the prices very competitive but there is no compromise on service. The guys are careful and considerate. They are keen to ensure you have a smooth and stress free removal. I can strongly recommend this company. Great and friendly service. HD3 helped us move from our house and put all our belongings in storage until the new house was ready.They were on time, treated our property and belongings with respect and went the extra mile for a great service.Would recommend to anyone needing a removals and / or storage company.
