Carlos was brilliant. Far cheaper than almost all removal firms and organised a quite shirt notice. I listed everything we needed to move and he helped choose the best quote for me. Two of his lads arrived perfectly on time, took incredible care of our belongings and were very efficient. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. They waited patiently while we waited for keys and were instantly back on it when the time arrived. Seriously, if you need a removal company, don't bother with anyone else. Cheers boys

Very good service. Would recommend all day long. Very accommodating and also very responsive to phone calls. The removal guys were very helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to choose this company. You won't regret it but you may if you don't!!!!

The Rightway team were fantastic in every single way. Carlos was so calm and reassuring that he made a stressful day bearable. There was an unavoidable delay but the team remained cheerful and helpful, despite terrible weather and working long into the night. The cost was amazingly competitive. Highly recommended.

Easily the best removals company i have ever used. I had to relocate from Sheffield to London and Rightway Removals provided me with an excellent service all the way through from a very courteous call back to delivering all my goods swiftly and without any damage or complications. The price was more than competitive and all the removals team were very professional. I have moved a few businesses and relocated quite a few times in the past and i cannot recommend Rightway Removals highly enough. Fantastic service all the way! :-)

Having never used a proper removal firm before, I was slightly nervous putting my entire life in the hands of a company I knew very little about. From the moment I rang, I knew I would use this company. I rang probably 15 companies both local and national for a quote to move house. Carlos was very reassuring and completely understood me, and why I was nervous. I liked the fact he gave me a price for the job, and not an hourly rate, and liked that many of his team have worked for him for a long time, and one of the removal men said his dad also works there. It's not pickfords, but I liked that. After booking it all in, I was unable to give a definite date due to waiting on solicitors but he said to not worry and let him know when we knew for sure. The day of the move was a breeze. Due at 9 o clock, the removal team phoned in advance to let me know they were coming. Ten to 9, they arrived, and got straight on with loading the 7.5 tonne vehicle. Both of the guys were a huge credit to the business, we didn't have to lift a finger. They were pleasant, friendly, and most importantly professional. My life's possessions whilst only material still mean a lot, and I didn't worry at all after meeting the two removal men. Everything was loaded carefully and tactfully. Upon arriving at our new house, we had a 3 hour wait for solicitors to sort their paperwork. The guys didn't mind at all and once we finally got the keys they unloaded and took everything to the correct rooms. For anyone that has read this much, congratulations and thank you! Please give Carlos a call and get your move booked in. The company is professional, punctual, and human. The human bit is important to me, particularly these days. And the price was fantastic too.
