The gentleman arranged a time that was suitable for me. He arrived on time, with a very friendly approach and made the whole process seems pleasant as I have never dealt with scrapping a car. All I had to do was give my log book and car key to them and they dealt with the rest. The whole process took about five minutes. Would highly recommend their service.
