As a deaf person I use Relay Uk to enable me to communicate over the phone calls which basically I text to the relay assistance and they translate verbally to whom I’m calling and then whom I call speak to relay and relay type what been said Walls Coal and Skip had made no effort and make it very difficult for me to be able to be independent to make phone calls… they need more awareness of disabilities and more training is needed because what they done is discrimination
